after 12pm PST are generally shipped the following business day.
Orders received after 12pm on Fridays are generally shipped on the

will provide tracking information via email when your order is
shipped. Depending on your location, orders are generally shipped via
UPS or FedEx Ground.

Shipping costs for most products are calculated automatically at
checkout. Due to their size and weight, shipping costs for Advantage
Bead Filters, Advantage Glass Filters and Collector Boxes are
calculated after checkout. This provides us an opportunity to ensure
we choose the least expensive shipping method to your location. You
will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges shortly after
checkout. Unlike some of our competitors, we do NOT mark up shipping
costs in any way.
If you require any assistance for any product purchased from us, simply contact us via email and one of our
friendly associates will get back to you right away. If a product
purchased from us arrives to you damaged or inoperable, we will
arrange for a free replacement to be shipped out to you right away.
All products sold by us are brand new and,
therefore, covered by the original manufacturers warranty. If a defect
is ultimately found in the product received, you will be reimbursed
for any out-of-pocket shipping costs.
